Our Explorations
This Travesía is articulated around our high-altitude remote lodging, each of which determines the respective exploration zone, using the Explora lodge in Atacama as either a starting point or destination.
Our explorations are divided into 3 different altitude zones besides Atacama, each with a set of unique geographic, cultural and biospheric characteristics.
All explorations have been designed in order to gradually unveil the territory’s essence and our travelers have the possibility of choosing different explorations every day.

Hike
We hike throughout our locations. Walking at your own, committed pace, allows you to immerse in the natural and cultural landscapes we explore, varying in intensity –beginner or advanced– and duration – half day to full day.
